Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. The legal warranty applies to all our products purchased from us. Scratches and dents that occur later are not covered by the warranty.
Since this concerns wooden furniture, we would like to point out that the wood can start to deteriorate. In winter when the humidity in the house is on the low side, it will shrink slightly. This will disappear again when the humidity increases again. We do not guarantee any damage/warping of the wood.

Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@arkawoods.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via  https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission.

If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
